Any order from a customer placed with Corkys Den is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions and content on our website without any prior notice.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
To order your teepee or other products, please use the online basket facility that we have set up for your convenience and chose your preferred payment method. We can also take payment over the phone if this is more convenient for you. We reserve the right to refuse your order if deemed necessary.
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be emailed to you. The address to which we ship will be the one that is used on the order form unless you request otherwise.
Please feel free to email with any enquiries but be aware that emails sent over the weekend / holidays may not get a response until the next working day.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
To contract with www.corkysden.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or valid PayPal account. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be www.corkysden.com or may in some cases be a third party.
Where a contract is made with a third party, www.corkysden.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card / PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Sales & Promotions

Corkys Den reserve the right to run sales and promotions at any time throughout the year.
On becoming a customer and subscribing to our mailing list you agree to receive our emails regarding future promotions and updates.
Please note that we are not able to offer promotional discounts in retrospect for previously purchased products.
The price you pay at the time of ordering is the price you are happy and agree to pay at that time for your product and we will not refund price differences if the product you have purchased at a higher price is reduced to a lower price during a future sale or promotion.
In the unlikely event that our company has failed you in providing you with the goods you ordered in the time scales provided and at the price you agreed to pay, we will offer you a good will gesture, but under no other circumstance are these given.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment & Security

Payment is accepted via credit cards & PayPal and payment is taken in full at the time of ordering unless a payment plan is set up. Once your order has been placed it will be confirmed via email.

Please note items will not be shipped until full payment has been completed.

​Delivery

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
We offer worldwide shipping. Please add your desired item to the basket and proceed to checkout where you will be quoted for a delivery charge for your area. For most of mainland UK, we book on a next day delivery service and will need to be signed for. Please note that, unfortunately there are times that teepees and other products we ship could take more than 1 business day to deliver (UK mainland) depending on weather conditions, time of the year and courier. Please feel free to get in touch and check the progress of your order. If you require your goods urgently, please contact us and we will try our best to help. From time to time we attend suppliers / trade shows and other events which may delay dispatch times. Please refer to product description for any special delivery announcements. Customs and Import charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary from country to country.

Returns Policy

All our items are made with love and with lots of attention to detail, to create products to the highest quality that you will love. However, If your handmade item is damaged or faulty on arrival we are happy to fully resolve for you.
Bespoke and personalised orders are exempt from any cancellation rights under the distance selling regulations. Therefore, we are not able to refund or accept a return of your goods if your item is a custom-made personalised order which is not faulty. We also do not offer refunds due to consumers no longer wanting their item.
Please note if an item is returned and not faulty we will not be liable for the postage costs. In the event of a refund please note that refunds will only be made upon receipt of the faulty item.

Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
