Can we design our own?
Please select the “design your own” option and put as much detail in the comment box and we will get in touch to discuss further.
How much notice do we need to give to place an order?
We always recommend ordering as soon as possible. We make all our items in order of the date they are required. If we feel we can’t make in time, we will be in touch shortly after placing your order.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes we offer different lengths of payment plans, 3,6,9 & 12 months. Please select the one that you would like. Items are only shipped once last payment received. Please allow 2 weeks after last payment received.
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout all the UK, including Northern Ireland & also to Republic of Ireland. For other countries, please get in touch so we can advise shipping costs.
Can I see a photo of my product before it’s shipped?
Yes we always send a photo of all personalised items prior to sending, so that you can check order is correct before we send.
Do the teepees meet child safety requirements?
Yes they have been independently checked and certified to meet all UK child safety requirements.
