Here at Corkys Den, we ensure that our teepees and other products are made to the highest standard, and are very proud of our quality. However in the very rare ocassion should your product be faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can quickly rectify the fault, either by replacing or if we are unable to replace, we will issue a refund for you.

We are not able to refund or accept a return of your goods, if your item is a custom made order which is not faulty. We also do not offer refunds if you just decide you no longer want the item.

Please note if an item is returned and not classed as faulty  (such as wear & tear etc) we will not be able to issue a refund or cover the postage costs. In the event of a refund please note that refunds will be made upon receipt of the faulty item.

In the event of a cancellation (prior to receipt of goods) a £50 deposit per item is non-refundable. Any additional monies paid over the deposit, may be refunded or swapped onto a different product at our discretion.
