Delivery

We prioritise our deliveries in order of when your product is required for, after full payment is received. So if an order is received in January for a July birthday, we may not send out till nearer the birthday time, but you will always recieve it in time for the special day! If you require it sooner, please just let us know.

Teepees We use APC/Swift for the majority of our teepee deliveries to most of mainland UK. They are sent on a next day delivery service. You will be advised in the morning (by text) of the expected time of delivery that day.

Deluxe teepee packages are delivered in 2 large boxes.

Toyboxes & Other Furniture We mainly use Parcelforce, on a 2 day delivery, occasonally we will also use APC/Swift as per the teppee deliveries.

Smaller items We occassionally use Hermes or other couriers for smaller packages which are normally on a 2-3 working days delivery service.

Should you not be in, the driver will attempt to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place (if previously instructed), failing this, they will leave a calling card to say how to contact them to arrange redelivery. They will normally attempt to redeliver a second time free of charge, or you are welcome to collect from the local depot.

For all deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Eire they can take up to approx 3-5 working days delivery.

For deliveries to other parts of the world, esimated delivery times will be provided at time of shipping.
